Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Return Period: You have 30 calendar days from the date your order arrives to request a return or exchange.

  • Condition: To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, sale items, or items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Email us at service@pinqlily.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Shipping: Once approved, we’ll provide a return address. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made a mistake.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds include the cost of the item(s), excluding original shipping fees (unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part).

Exchanges

  • If you want a different size or color, follow the return process first and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are processed after the original item is returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days.

  • We provide free return shipping and ensure you receive a full refund or replacement.

  • We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and will resolve the issue promptly.
