Return & Exchange Eligibility:

  • Return Period: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item(s) to request a return or exchange.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including all tags and labels.
  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, sale items, or items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process:

  1. Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at service@pinqlily.com  with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Shipping: After we approve your return request, we will provide you with a return address. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order.

Refunds:

  1. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  2. Refunds will include the cost of the item(s), excluding original shipping fees (Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty product or an error on our part.).

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process, and place a new order for the desired item. The item you want to exchange must be returned first before an exchange can be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide free return shipping and ensure that you receive a full refund or exchange. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and will handle the issue promptly.
